The West Inn and Suites would like to offer a special Survivor Crop rate of $139/nt for Oct 14-16.
(Single King or Double King rooms – Suites would be a slightly higher rate)
.
To see room types, visit: www.WestInnandSuites.com
You must CALL to make your reservation and mention Survivor Crop (760) 448-4500. The rate will already be in the system for those dates. (The rate will not be available for online reservations.)
Note: The free shuttle is limited to 5 miles of the hotel, therefore the event (7.5 miles) is out of the shuttle range.
I suggest the following options for booking as you plan for Survivor Crop:
- Friday night only – For ladies coming in from out of town the day before the event.
- Saturday night only – Show up for event Saturday morning. Leave the event to get some sleep (check in very late 11 or 12 if needed) and check out early to head back for the last few hours of the event.
- Sunday night only –Check in on Sunday after event –The hotel cannot “guarantee” early check-in but October is not a busy month so you might get a room right away. You can at least have a place to relax while the room is prepared.
- Friday and Saturday – Arrive the day before, relax, enjoy the pool. Head for the event Saturday morning and come back Saturday night to get a few hours of sleep instead of staying up all night at the event.
- Friday and Sunday – Arrive from out of town the day before the event. Enjoy the pool and relax on Friday. Check out Saturday morning to attend the event Saturday am to Sunday am, then check back in on Sunday to sleep and rest before heading home on Sunday night or Monday.
If you have any questions, please give me a call and I will happy to assist you. You will see at Survivor Crop as part of the committee, so come by and say hello!
