Easy Registration: 3 Options this Year
Online registration is easy to do from the comfort of your home. Or, if you prefer, we have a computer station set up at Ever After for you to register at the store with the assistance of one of our friendly staff members. You may pay by paypal online or with a check made payable to Ever After Scrapbooks. Registration for the 10th Annual Survivor Crop begins at midnight on Saturday, May 7th (National Scrapbook Day!) The 2011 registration fee is $130.
Cost of Event
Registration for the 10th Annual Survivor Crop begins at midnight on Saturday, May 7th (National Scrapbook Day!) The 2011 registration fee is $130. The event fee covers the costs of four meals (catered lunch, dinner and two breakfasts, plus a midnight snack!); all drinks and snacks, souvenir logo t-shirt, tote bag and insulated “Starbucks-style” cup; decorations and equipment rentals; prizes and four make-n-takes! This is the first increase in price in five years.
New this Year
We recognize the stresses of the current economy and are giving you two easy payment plans for this year’s event. We want you to begin your fundraising early and not let the weight of paying the entire fee all at once keep you from beginning your fundraising adventure.
This year, you can register online with your full payment of $130 or choose to register directly with Ever After with a down payment of $30 then make two easy payments of $50 due July 1st and August 1st. To utilize the payment option, simply come in to the store where our friendly staff can assist you with registration, or call Ever After to register if you live outside the area. Please note all fees are nonrefundable, but are transferrable to another participant.
Please do not gift or swap your seats without contacting Ever After Scrapbooks at 760-630-CROP (2767).
3 Easy Ways to Pay
1. Online using paypal.
2. Mail in a check or credit card authorization form to Ever After Scrapbooks at 1954 Hacienda Drive, Vista, CA 92081.
3. Pay cash, check or credit card in person at Ever After Scrapbooks. (This was a popular option last year. We have a computer set up at the store to handle registration and our staff can walk you through this process.)
New Early Sign Up Incentives This Year
The first three islands to fill 10 people (note a “full island is twelve”) and are signed up with a minimum of the $30 downpayment will get priority table placement at the event. This means you get to pick where you want to sit!
Be one of the first 50 to sign up before August 1st* and receive a commemorative Survivor Crop lanyard and pin. (*must be paid in full by August 1st to be eligible for this prize.)
Fundraising Minimum Donation Requirement
Each participant is required to collect a minimum of $125 in donations for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, due at check in on the day of the event. It costs $125 for one mammogram for an underinsured or uninsured San Diegan. There are many ways to raise the funds and we reward you for raising more than the minimum. See below!
The $500 Club
During registration, you can also sign up for our 500Club! We offer you lots of suggestions on how to collect a minimum of $125 in donations each month! If you meet your goal of $500 in donations you will be rewarded with a 12-hour all-day crop at Ever After Scrapbooks in December 2011 (a $35 value!)
The $1000 Club: NEW!!!
New for 2011, and in honor of the Big 1o Year Celebration, we’ve started up a $1000Club! We had a record number of participants reach the $1,000 level in 2010, so you can do it too! And you will be rewarded greatly! Look for an exciting gift valued at a minimum of $60 to be announced soon!
Easy Online Fundraising!
This is a tremendous opportunity to increase the monies raised! After you register, it is important that you create your own personal participant fundraising page via Komen’s secure online site. This is the same feature used for the Race for the Cure. This means you can e-blast your friends, family and coworkers with fundraising goal letters and notes that will help you meet your personal goal. Will you be our next Ultimate Survivor?
